Performance Management / Performance Review
Performance Management Systems provide organisations with the means to define, collect, analyse and make decisions on the performance measures relating to a process or activity. Performance Management can operate at the corporate scale (e.g. the Balanced Scorecard) and the individual level (e.g. Individual performance review or performance appraisal).
Performance measures provide a quantitative gauge of how well a process, team or individual is performing and the degree to which they are meeting or exceeding that particular indicator.
For Performance Management to be effective at any level, it requires that accurate data is acquired and fed back to those responsible for the performance in a timely manner.
These resources focus upon the managers role in conducting individual Performance Reviews with their team.
