Change Management
Few organisations have the luxury of being able to stand still. In a competitive market the need to innovate, develop and change is vital for organisational success. The process of change at all levels within an organisation needs to be executed skilfully. Typically a Change Project will involve adjusting processes, technology and people. It is this final aspect that often proves the undoing of organisational change processes.
Change Projects usually have a number of stakeholders connected with them. Overlooking the impact on these stakeholders of the change and planning accordingly is the highest cause of change programmes not being successful.
